God is Good...All the Time...

So I've been slacking with my posts, YET AGAIN...My bad yall.

I kid you not, I went to go update last night and my comp caught a virus, AGAIN, for the the 2nd time in about 2 weeks.

Not some little b.s. joint where I get mad popups and have to dl a program to have them removed. Im talkin about shit wouldnt let me open up internet explorer and kept directing to some "virus scan" that I had to pay for in order to for the "program" to debug my harddrive. Smh. Got it fixed today though.

So much I wanna blog about...The ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS Bulls/Celtics series thats going on, Mark Sanchez and the Jets, the blk/pink Yeezy release and the STUPID lines that are going on in Nyc right now (in the rain mind you), some Dime mag articles, and my own personal future and whats gonna be goin on in my life in the next few weeks.

I'll get to all that in the next day or two, for now, Im gonna post up a music vid that was on BET as I walked in the door when I got home yesterday. A mini-throwback.

Kanye's "All Falls Down". It will always be a dope track, but listenin to the lyrics some of the lines reminded me of myself (in a good AND a bad way, admittedly).

On a side note, shout to the squad known as "Team Jersey".
We won the intramural basketball league championship on Tuesday. Thats back-to-back-to-back-to-back titles. I got a little emotional when we won, lol, being our last go-round and all.



For us 4 seniors (Me, Jon, B, and Will) its been a long ride, and alotta games together. Shouts to Sekani and Jay for bein integral parts of the team as well. It was fun fellas.

Real talk, I was already pullin for the Cavaliers to win the 'chip this year since
a.) Im a huge Lebron fan
b.) KG got his last season and
c.) I damn sure dont want Kobe winnin it all.

But this vid cemented the Cavs as my personal favorite of all the playoff teams that I want to see go all the way. These dudes have TOO much fun on on the court (and off apparently).

Been meanin to post this story up...Its about a week and a half old now, but its a dope little piece on the top 10 players in the NBDL.

I always see the stats that some of these cats put up in the DL, and obviously the competition is inferior, but I know Im not the only one who thinks what if dude was givin the same amount of playing time in the league? What would happen?

A couple familiar names in there, with Nelson, Byars, and Marcus Williams among them.

I been up on Lance Stephenson for a long time now (who hasnt?). And Ive known about his "Born Ready" documentary for a while too, but Im definitely late in actually getting around to watching it.
Just saw the first episode, gonna catch up on it in the next days.

Oh and just so ya know, I really want dude to come to St. John's next year (which I actually think is gonna happen now), but Im tellin ya now, his temper and attitude is gonna be a problem on the next levels (D-1 and NBA). And I dont mean that in a good way. Dude can ball though, and the size is legit :pause: for a 2-guard.

Im feelin sick as hell. Shouldnt have been blastin that A/C the other night, looks like Bill was right (LOL). My right shoulder sore as hell too man, I went in on that dodgeball game on Friday (dont laugh). Im payin the price now.

THe playoffs started yesterday. D. Rose put up 36 and 11 in an OT win, on the road, against the defending champions, in his FIRST PLAYOFF GAME. Good God.
(Still salty the Knicks didnt win the lottery last year, it coulda been us he was leadin to the playoffs)
